Hi! Tired of products that are difficult to return? So were we. That’s why we developed a very easy returns & exchange policy.
How do I return the order?
No problem! We want you to keep smiling. We have a 15 day hassle-free return policy. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & we will contact you to let you know the next course of action. For all returns or exchanges the pieces will have to be self shipped. However if you want us to arrange the reverse pick up, then please get in touch with us. Please be informed that the reverse pick up will take at least 10 business days if we arrange it for you. We request you to ensure that it hasn’t been worn, is in new condition and in all original packaging. Once we have received the garments in good condition, we will email you a store credit coupon which can be adjusted against any new purchases. Please note, we do not provide any refunds. Only store credits are provided.
Please do inform us if there are any fitting issues once you receive the garment and we would be happy to exchange the size for you.
Products On Sale :
We will certainly alter the piece for you in case of size issues however “on sale” products are not eligible for returns & refunds.
